'Meadow of the Free'

Moody, forest oil painting with horses. This painting depicts the season where the freedom you once craved, is now available to you. Sometimes freedom comes with hesitation, but the meadow of the free is wild and beautiful.

This painting is inspired by my current season of dynamic shifts, changes and complete utter freedom

'Field of Joy'

Dreamy field of daisies painted in oil. Did you know the name 'Daisy' came from the meaning of 'day's eye' because of the flower’s natural behavior of the petals which close at night and open to face the sun at dawn.

Daisies have always represented joy, lightness and purity to me.

This painting is inspired by Proverbs 31 "she laughs at the time to come"

'In the Valley'

Can our valleys be beautiful? This painting explores the possibility that shadows, valleys and the paths hidden can also be beautiful. The oil painting focuses on the movement of depth, capturing the drastic changes that happen quickly between moments often we are not prepared for.

This painting is inspired by Psalm 23

'Heaven Meets Earth'

The meeting place between eternity and earth is not that far. It is located in a place closer than you think. An oil painting focused on the sharp strokes of shifting skies, this painting emulates the movement of waves that is not so different than the sky.

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Revelation 21:3 ESV
