Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting jamiekayart.com. Because original art and custom prints are unique items, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Prints and Products

  • Return Window: If you are not satisfied with a print, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@jamiekayart.com

  • Condition for Return: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

2. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jamiekayart.com

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.

  3. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund/repair solution.

3. Process for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@jamiekayart.com

4. Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Insurance: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Commissioned/Custom artwork

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
